Are you nervous about giving birth?Would you like to bring your baby into the world without having to rely on drugs?Would you like to take control of your birth and enjoy the experience?
HypnoBirthing® can help you achieve all this and more. HypnoBirthing® is a complete childbirth education programme that is designed to give you the most out of your birthing experience.You will learn a combination of hypnosis, relaxation and breathing techniques to help you have the birth you the ideal birth.
Classes are small, informal and friendly and are attended by Mothers from the local community.
The classes run each Wednesday from 7pm - 9.30pm for 5 weeks starting 3rd February 2010. Mohters are asked to attend with their birthing companion so that the tow of you can learn and prepare together for the birth of your baby.
The course costs £250 in total and includes your own personal relaxation CD and birthing music CD. For each couple booking onto the course a 5% donation will be made to Paddington and Gossett Ward, Northampton General Hospital, Registered Charity No 1051107.
