I first became interested in Homeopathy in 2004, prior to this I had developed an interest in how life experiences influence our minds and behaviour whilst studying for a degree in Psychology.  Originally I had intended to train to become a Child Clinical Psychologist, but after working with children with Autism and Challenging Behaviours I began to realise that there was more to health than simply focusing on symptoms in isolation.

Through Homeopathy I found the answers that I felt were missing for me from my studies in Psychology.  Homeopathy goes one step further by saying that not only do life experiences shape our minds and behaviour, but also our health and wellbeing.  This is known as ‘the mind-body link’ and is something that I am a firm believer in, the theory that unprocessed or prolonged negative thoughts and feelings can lead to health conditions.

I have worked with many different people over the time that I have been practicing homeopathy and it is wonderful to see that through treating the individual such a wide range of health conditions may be helped.  One of the most rewarding things for me as a Homeopath is helping people to understand where patterns and behaviours come from and seeing improvements in health and wellbeing as a result.

I believe that our bodies have an innate wisdom and potential to heal, it is my goal to support the body in a natural and safe way to achieve and maintain the best possible health in order to live full, energetic and productive lives.

I trained for 4 years at the College of Practical Homeopathy in London, one of the leading colleges at the forefront in teaching the latest methods to help support the complex health issues of the 21st Century.  I am fully insured and registered member of the
Society of Homeopaths.
