Helen is a qualified Reiki Master and Teacher and has been investigating a variety of spiritual practices for the last 13 years.

She specialises in Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Colour Therapy, Energy Therapy and Spiritual Growth.

We are all made up of energy, and by using a variety of methods to raise the vibrational energies within our bodies, allows us to see any situation that we may find ourselves ‘stuck in’, from a higher perspective and therefore allowing the situation to become effectively resolved.

As well as using Reiki energy which is a wonderful healing energy, she uses the energy of ‘Sound’ (which is a vibrational energy that works at speed) and the energy of ‘Colour’ (which is a vibrational energy that works at the speed of light) and the energy of ‘Crystals’ which hold within them the structure of all life.

When water turns to ice we see beautiful crystal forms appear such as snow flakes and ice crystals. Humans themselves are composed 75% of water and so we are actually fluid crystal forms ourselves.

Each crystal holds within it a structure and a specific energy and during a treatment we can create a way for our bodies to flow in harmony with these energies, creating a peaceful balance within ourselves.

By understanding ourselves as energy vessels and by expanding our conscious awareness we can become more at one with ourselves and the environment that we live in, creating a feeling of harmony in our every day lives.

Helen will take you through a personal journey of self discovery, raising the vibrational energies in the subconscious mind can bring limiting subconscious thought patterns to the surface and once transformed, can be dispersed, leaving you free to accept a more positive attitude to your life.
